Abstract: 725 candidates from the Masters Graduate Stream were invited in the latest draw of Ontario held on December 21, 2022.

In the latest draw of Ontario, 725 candidates from the Masters Graduate Stream were issued an ITA or Invitation to Apply. The draw was held on December 21, 2022.

Candidates scoring 46 or above were invited to apply for Canada PR or permanent residency visas.

The OINP, or Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, facilitated the draw.

Eligibility criteria for Masters Graduate Stream for OINP

The eligibility criteria for the Masters Graduate Stream for OINP are:

  • Graduated with a Master's degree of 1 year from Ontario
  • Apply under two years of graduating
  • The candidate should be residing in Ontario with valid documents, such as:
    • Study permit
    • Work permit
    • Visitor record

The candidate is also eligible if they reside outside Canada with an implied status when applying.

  • Have a minimum score of 7 in CLB (English or French)
  • Have adequate funds for self and dependents
  • Proof of residing in Ontario for a minimum of 12 months of the last 24 months before applying
  • Intent to settle in Ontario
  • No intention of pursuing further studies in Ontario
