Abstract: The latest Ontario PNP draw sent 1,902 NOIS to candidates from the HCP stream in a draw conducted on February 02, 2023.

Ontario held a PNP or Provincial Nominee Program draw for the HCP or Human Capital Priorities stream on February 02, 2023. It invited 1,902 candidates in tech occupations.

The candidates who scored between 476-489 in the CRS or Comprehensive Ranking System were sent NOIs or Notification of Interest. The candidates can apply for a Canada PR visa within 45 days.

The draw was authorized by OINP or Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program.

Who is eligible for the OINP Human Capital Priorities stream?

The eligibility criteria for the Human Capital Priorities stream for the OINP are given below:

  • Have the eligibility requirements for CEC or Canadian Experience Class or FSWP or Federal Skilled Worker Program
  • Have the required work experience for the stream
  • Have academic qualification from either higher learning institutes in Canada or an ECA or Educational Credential Assessment for studies done outside Canada
  • Qualify language proficiency tests recognized by the Canadian Language Benchmark. The language tests recognized are:
    • CELPIP
    • IELTS
    • TCF Canada for French
  • Have the intention to settle in Ontario
  • Proof of links to Ontario
  • Have a valid Canadian legal status if the individual is residing in Canada when applying. The OINP accepts applications registered while staying in maintained status.
  • Have the required CRS score in the system of Express Entry
  • Meet other criteria set by the CEC or FSWP
  • Proof of having adequate funds for the expenses of the individual and dependents
