In the EOI #169 PNP draw held on February 23, Manitoba sent an LAA or Letter of Advice to Apply to 583 foreign nationals for the provincial nomination. Foreign national candidates who had a score of 615 or more in the CRS were issued LAAs by the MPNP or Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. What is an LAA?

An LAA or Letter of Advice to Apply facilitates the candidate to log into their registered account and access the application for MPNP. The candidates are offered 60 days from the date of being issued the LAA to submit the duly filled application to be considered for the Provincial Nominee Program of Manitoba. The MPNP has a non-refundable fee for the application of 500 CAD for Skilled Workers.
