Key aspects of the OINP draw held on July 29, 2022

• Ontario has issued two invitations to the immigration candidates under the Foreign Worker Stream
• The profiles were registered between July 27, 2021 – July 27, 2022
• Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) is not applicable for the draw
• This draw has been targeted specifically for the Economic Mobility Pathway Project candidates

The Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) has sent two invitations to the immigration candidates through which it selects the individuals who may meet the immigration streams criteria using an expression of interest (EOI) system.

Detailed information of the OINP draw:

Ontario has issued two invitations to the immigration candidates with no Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) and the Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) uses an expression of interest system under the Foreign Worker Stream to select the immigration candidates who are required to meet the needs of the country.

These candidates must submit Express Entry profiles into the federal pool 12 months before the draw date to qualify.

Details of the previous draw

In the previously conducted draw, Ontario Immigration has issued 33 invitations to apply (ITA) under the provincial Entrepreneur Stream. Candidates who have submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) by July 8, 2022, will be considered eligible under this program.

A new draw that will be held on July 15, 2022, issued ITAs to candidates through the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), who have CRS scores between 146 and 174 points.
