Canada held a surprise Express Entry draw on July 04, 2023. The draw invited 700 candidates with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 511.

Candidates from the Canadian Experience Class, Provincial Nominee Program, Federal Skilled Worker Program, and Federal Skilled Trades Program were invited.
