Dependents over the age of 18 –

Documents for candidates over the age of 18:

To have a dependent included in your visa application, the child must be –

  • A dependent child over the age of 18 and has not yet turned 23.
  • A dependent child over 23 cannot provide for themselves owing to physical restraints.

Proof of child dependency –

Proof like birth certificates or adoptions papers stating the relationship between the candidate & the child:

  • Form 47a
  • Proof of financial dependency
  • Any medical documents of the child (if applicable)

Proof of English language –

Candidates with dependents belonging to the countries given below need not submit proof of Functional English.

Character documents –
