Express Entry candidates who receive a provincial nomination are guaranteed with Invitation to Apply (ITA) along with Canadian permanent residence at the federal level in the subsequent draws.
Candidates with a provincial nomination will receive a reward of 600 CRS points which will be added to their original score. This makes their score higher, and hence it guarantees candidates to receive an ITA in the Express Entry draw, or a PNP-only draw.
As the candidates have profiles in the Express Entry system, receiving the provincial nomination from the province, Ontario will grant them with an additional 600 Comprehensive Ranking System to their overall score in this draw.
