Justin Trudeau said ‘Quebec has ability to invite 112,000 immigrants per year’

Justin Trudeau revealed that Quebec is able to invite 112,000 candidates every year. Currently, the province is planning to invite 52,000 immigrants. But based on the demand for workforce, the Francophone province can invite more than 100,000 immigrants.
