All the vaccinated travelers arriving in Singapore through sea or air checkpoints need not take a COVID test pre-departure from Tuesday. The rules for the traveler's entry with 13 years of age and above and those who haven't been fully vaccinated remain unchanged. This says that the travelers must take a test before the departure within two days before leaving for Singapore.

The Ministry of Health (MOH) declared that all individuals with a long-term passaged 13 and above traveling to Singapore must be fully vaccinated before entering Singapore unless they are ineligible medically for the vaccination.

For all the individuals traveling through the land checkpoints of Singapore and Malaysia, on-arrival and pre-departure covid tests aren't necessary if the traveler is completely vaccinated.

The fully vaccinated work permit holders who do not belong to Malaysia but have in-principle permitted documents for them to work in the marine shipyard, process sectors, and construction need not apply for the entry approvals to land in Singapore from May 1st, MOH stated.

Alternatively, they need to reserve a slot by booking it at the onboard center of the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to get through the residential onboarding immediately after arriving.
