Detailed information of the ACT (Canberra) draw

The highest-ranked matrix in each profession was invited to apply for the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) nomination with a cut-off for selection.

The cut-off for selection depends on the remaining allocation of the month, date, and time of the Matrix submission, profession cap, and demand. The greater the need for a specific profession, the greater the rank of the Matrix score invited.

The types of candidates who are not eligible to receive an invitation are:

  • The immigration candidates with an active application in the system and
  • Who have received an ACT nomination earlier
