Visa for the main applicant

• It has a duration of 5 years.

Eligibility

• Australia’s immigration department must issue an invitation to you to:
  • Submit an EOI (Expression of Interest) in SkillSelect Australia
  • Give indication if an eligible relative will sponsor you for this visa or if you want the government agency of an Australian state or territory to give you a nomination.
• You must be of the eligible age
  • You must be under 45 years to be invited to apply for the visa.
  • You can apply for the visa in case you turn 45 after you are invited to apply.
• Get your skills assessed and add proof of it with the application.
• Get a minimum of 65 points as an EOI score to be eligible to apply for the visa.
• Get the required level of proficiency in the English language.
• Meet the criteria related to health and character.
• Have your debts to the Government of Australia paid.
• Sign the statement of Australian values.

Visa for a subsequent entrant

• This visa is meant for a family member of an individual who already holds a Subclass 491 visa Australia issued.
• This visa is valid until the validity of the main applicant’s Subclass 491 visa Australia issued ends.
• The cost of the visa is AUD 4,115.
