The foreign nationals who want to work, visit or study in Canada must get a Canadian visa and apply for the one that can be comparatively simpler by using these easy steps.
Step 1: Know the purpose of the visit to Canada
The initial part of the procedure is to identify the intention to visit Canada. The international students are supposed to apply for a study permit or a student visa, and the temporary foreign workers must apply for work permits.
Canada work visa permits the foreign national to work and live in the country for a certain period under a few specific conditions. The accurate conditions are known by the employment conditions and how the candidate lands that job.

There are three essential types of work visa:
A foreign national is allowed to work everywhere in Canada under any employer without their business undergoing a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).
On the other hand, work permits that are employer-specific permit the foreign nationals to work for a few specific employers who have tried, through the LMIA process, to seek Canadians to do the jobs.
The third type of work permit is for international students who have completed their studies from a Canadian college or university, who have graduated and now want to resume living and working in Canada.

Step 2: Download and fill out the right forms
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) gives the application forms on its website. Choose an application package under the question, “What are you looking for?” and select the Immigrate, Visit, Work, or Study category in the drop-down menu. Next, choose the purpose of moving to Canada.
The IRCC website redirects the applicants to a similar “Get the application package” button, regardless of the purpose of wanting a visa.
Clicking on that button directs the applicant to a page that permits them to download and complete the application package. Even foreign nationals are given the option of applying online.
Step 3: Review and stay updated with the processing times
It is always good to follow up on the current processing times for the Canadian visas, which differ by the type of visa and the country in which the foreign nationals live.
Acquiring a temporary work permit may take 23 weeks for someone from China (excluding the application process time or the applicant’s biometrics to reach Canada). An application for the same type of visa for a person from the United States would take eight weeks.
Step 4: Make payment for the application
The payment methods for a Canadian visa depend on the type of visa requested and the currently residing country of the foreign national. All the specific instructions for each country are made available on the IRCC website.
