Express Entry

138 of the total invitations issued in the draw went to Express Entry candidates. These are candidates who have their profiles in the Express Entry pool.

The Express Entry system of the federal government serves the purpose of managing the applications of candidates applying for Canada’s 3 main economic-class immigration programs namely FSTP, FSWP, and CEC.

The Express Entry candidates who have filled out an EOI for Saskatchewan and have scored 74 points on SINP’s Points Assessment Grid, there’s all possibility of them been invited in the Dec 1 draw.

If an Express Entry candidate gets a provincial nomination, he/she will be given 600 extra CRS points that will increase his/her chances of getting an ITA in an upcoming federal Express Entry draw.

Occupations in-demand

For those immigration candidates who don’t have a federal Express Entry profile, the Occupations In-demand sub-category is one to participate in. The program is meant for immigration candidates who have experience working in jobs that are short on labor in Saskatchewan.
