PTE Academic to be accepted by Engineers Australia from 1 November

PTE (Pearson Test of English) Academic, an online test of English proficiency for applicants wanting to go abroad, will be accepted by Engineers Australia from 1 November for migration skills evaluation purposes. PTE Academic is said to be approved by all visa application categories of Australia and will be able to aid employers in that country in hiring Indian engineers. Singh said that as Australia is one of the desired destinations for skilled migration by IT professionals, engineers, accountants and nurses, the Engineers Australia’s acceptance of PTE Academic as a language test for engineers is a major recognition of achievement. PTE Academic is said to ensure the reliability of scores and has the fastest score reporting in the industry with exam takers getting their results usually within five business days.
