Is the USA the next stop in your career journey? Are you willing to take an H1B visa and join the workforce in the USA as a Market Research Analyst?

If yes, you have news that you can use. There has been a case in the court in the Northern District of California which has now ended in a settlement under the approval of the court.

As per the settlement, a US immigration agency has agreed that it will recognize the occupation of Market Research Analyst as a specialty occupation while determining H1B visa applications.

The H1B visa is a non-immigrant visa. It’s used by US companies to employ foreign workers in occupations considered as specialty occupations. These occupations are the ones that require the expertise of technical and theoretical nature. The biggest beneficiaries of the H1B visa among employing companies are technology companies.

On the basis of this decision, US companies can now request the USCIS to reopen the H1B visa petitions that were earlier denied and adjudicate them. With each H1B visa petition reopened and approved, US employers, as well as the workers they sponsored, will get the opportunity to advance their business goals.
