Details of the Express Entry Draw #286

The most recent draw that IRCC held was on February 29th, 2024, which issued 2,500 invitations via the Express Entry Leap Year Draw. The latest general Express Entry draw issued 2,500 for all candidates with a CRS score of 336.

 

The previous #286 was all category Express Entry draw which issued 1,470 invitations via the General Express entry Draw with CRS scores of 534.

Eligibility Criteria to qualify for Express Entry Draw:

  • Age: You can score the maximum points between 18 and 35. Those above this age will gain lesser points.
  • Education: Your minimum educational qualification must equal Canada's higher secondary education level. A higher level of academic qualification means more points.
  • Work experience: To score the minimum points, you should have at least one year of work experience. If you have more years of work experience, you will gain more points.
  • Language ability: Along with IELTS, even PTE is accepted as a language test for the Express Entry program. 
  • Adaptability: If your family or close relatives live in Canada, you can score ten points on the adaptability factor.
  • Arranged employment: A valid Canadian employer job offer entitles you to ten points.
