Abstract: The latest all program Express Entry draw was held on March 23, 2023, to invite 7,000 candidates.

IRCC or Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada issued invitations to 7,000 international individuals in an all-program Express Entry draw.

The candidates with a minimum CRS or Comprehensive Ranking System score of 484 were invited.

The draw was conducted in the 2nd consecutive week after the last Express Entry draw.

IRCC announces extension of PGWP

IRCC has announced an extension of the PGWP or Post Graduate Work Permit for international graduates. PGWP holders who want to apply for Canada PR for permanent residence in the country can avail of the opportunity. PGWP candidates can apply for an extension of 18 months for the Open Work Permit.

The PGWP holders can apply for an extension from April 6, 2023. It implies that more PGWP holders would be eligible for the Express Entry ITAs. According to the data by IRCC, there are approximately 286,000 international graduates with PGWP.
