DHA Australia revises Visa application fees w.e.f 1 July
Department of Home Affairs Australia will be increasing the Visa application fees for diverse visa categories with effect from 1 July 2018. The prospective Contributory Parent Visa applicants will be delighted to know that the increase in the visa application for them is just 3%. There will also be no increase in the application fee for the second installment.
It has been confirmed in the budget that employers will incur increased transaction expenses while sponsoring overseas workers. This is because the training levy Skilling Australia Fund will be effective at any time now.
The Visa application fee increases are likely to be roughly 2% for applications filed on or after July 1, 2018. This will not necessarily be applicable for all types of Australia Visas, as quoted by the SBS.
The applicants of any category of Australia Visa can always choose to avail services of Immigration Experts to understand the impact for them.
