Australia visa aspirants have been cautioned to keep away from a North Sydney immigration agency. The Government of NSW has said that this agency had deceived its earlier clients for 1000s of dollars. Matt Kean the Minister for Better Regulation said that 11 complaints have been filed against Pintex Goldman Management Pvt. Ltd with the Fair Trading. This firm offers services for 457 visas and has been charged with deceiving its clients.

The firm offers services for immigration in the name of Pintex Goldman Immigration. It is also associated with Eddie Kang the businessman from Sydney who has pending appeals for several offenses of fraud. The warning issued by the Minister extends to transactions with Seok Yoon Choi -"Joseph". He has been named as the only Director of the firm since its registration in 2017 September.

Choi claims along with his associates that they will identify business guarantors for the clients. They also claim to submit an application for Work Visa with the Home Affairs Department of Australia, said Mr. Kean. In several cases of rejection of applications, the firm failed to refund the already paid installments. Some clients were cheated for up to 30, 000 Dollars, revealed the Minister, as quoted by the SBS.

Bivek Nath Mishra, one of the Australia visa aspirants and a former client of Goldman Pintex Migration said that he is so far to receive most of the refund that the firm was ordered to pay him. The firm had been ordered to refund 31,000 Dollars paid by Bivek. I have so far received just 2500 Dollars, said Bivek.

Kang had been convicted of several fraud offenses in March 2017 and was also the Director for 20 other firms. He was sentenced to 1-year jail, however, is on restricted bail pending his appeal.
