Immigration Sales Consultant

We are seeking somebody who can relate to our customers on a technical and personal level. In order to do this, you will need to be a team player with a good sense of humour and an excellent work ethic. Ideally you will be degree qualified and have extensive experience in handling Visa enquiries for a number of countries.

You will be solely responsible in building our brand and Image whilst managing various countries visa enquiries, registrations. And partnerships.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for selling and promoting our products and services within Australia and overseas.
  • Generating prospective data from references from existing clients, job portals, cold calling, bulk emailing, marketing and social media
  • Have in-depth knowledge and experience in immigration related services such as study/migrate/travel services related to Australia/Canada/USA/UK/EU/NZ and other countries.
  • Responding to customer requests for information relating to multiple international Visa categories
  • Contacting clients and customers relating to all Overseas Visa enquiries
  • Advising the clients about the sale price, negotiations, offering available discounts
  • Utilize salesforce.com for recording of technical service sales support activity.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Skills and Experience
  • Prior experience in Education / Immigration / Sales, Recruitment or Counselling.
  • Prior experience in a sales driven role will be highly regarded
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • The ability to think outside the square
  • Able to handle fast paced environment and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with ability to build relationships with internal & external customers and staff to achieve results
  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve desired outcomes
  • Ability to achieve monthly sales goals

  • Establishing relationships with educational institutions , corporate and other organizations by forming alliances and offer our services
  • Contacting clients and customers relating to all Overseas Visa enquiries
  • Advising the clients about the sale price, negotiations, offering available discounts
  • Responsible for collection of payments, issuing service contracts and other formalities
  • Reviewing customer feedback in a timely manner and ensuring the results are reported. Developing new strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Utilise salesforce.com for recording of technical service sales support activity.
  • Maintain database pricing schedule of technical service support plans
  • Generating weekly and monthly reports to ensure management is on track in achieving the set sales goals.

 Skills and Experience

 

  • Prior experience in Education / Immigration / Sales, Recruitment or Counselling. ( Essential )
  • Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
